We have used the Walker Kosch Team extensively over the years. On this occasion we were selling a rental property and the team went well above and beyond our expectations. In a hot market there are many things to consider in terms of strategy, and Guy and his team did just that. They provided solid advice in terms of pricing and preparing the property, and we received several offers over asking on the first day that offers were being accepted.
